Does my $11 deposit go toward my service?

Yes. Your deposit is required to book any service and secure your appointment day and time. Once you have booked your appointment your deposit will be deducted from your service total. $10 goes toward your remaining balance, the additional $1 is for the service fee.

Why do I need to bring my frontal 24-48 hours before my appointment?

Frontals need to be customized before installing to create a flawless, natural-looking finish. This process includes bleaching knots and plucking the frontal which can be time consuming and make appointment times run even longer. Bringing your frontal ahead of time will ensure services run smoothy and on time for each client.

Do I have to wash my hair before my appointment?

No. Wash and blow dry is included with any hair service free of charge. Please be sure to click “Add-ons” when booking to add this free service if necessary.

What is your cancellation policy?

Providing outstanding service is the core of my business. Because services are reserved especially for you, I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments. Without 4 hour notice or any “no show” event I will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, I thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
